Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery time is 4–8 business days.

Shipping time is in addition to processing time, giving a total estimated delivery time of 5–11 business days from the date of purchase.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow time for the carrier to update the tracking status.
